Janis Loughner instructs CORE, Kickboxing, Bodeez on the Ball, STEP, SPINNING, Pilates, and also serves as a co-coordinator of our Building Better Bodeez Program. My first job was a receptionist at a Karate School. While working there my curiosity peaked and I began participating in classes and eventually obtained an orange belt and began leading the ladies self-defense classes. This experience lead to my love of the fitness industry.
I have worked in the fitness industry for many years (19) as a certified fitness instructor. Certifications included (NEIDA - National Exercise Instructors Dance Association), (2) AFFA certificates - Step/Aerobics and Aerobic Dance, MAD-DOGG Athletics - SPINNING. My expertise entails cardio kickboxing, step/aerobics, high-low, interval, circuit, muscle endurance classes, and personal training.
Unfortunately, as injuries occur in any fitness related field, I twisted my pelvis while carrying my son (unknowingly) and continued to workout. By doing this I suffered soft tissue damage in my hips/glutes which forced me to give up my love of teaching in 2007, despite enduring two pregnancies while teaching!
THEN......I came to Building Bodeez in August of 2009. I worked really hard to get back into shape, and most importantly, to get healthy. I was surrounded by the most enthusiastic staff that shared my love of the fitness industry and wanted me to be a part of their exceptional team. Join my classes, I will help you to attain your fitness goals and enjoy the journey!

Victoria Cochran -- Victoria works as the Marketing Director of a local general contracting company. Her love of her work is shared with a passion for fitness. That passion came later in life when she decided she didn't want to spend the rest of her years unhealthy and unhappy. After starting her new fit journey with running and training for the Pittsburgh Half Marathon in 2011, it transitioned into dancing and lifting weights. Building Bodeez became her home away from home in 2013, where she took her very first Zumba class. Not long after, Victoria began instructing Zumba to inspire others that working out doesn't, in fact, have to be work. She is able to incorporate what she loves about being active into the classes that she teaches. Victoria also actively participates as a coach for the Building Better Bodeez program to help inform and inspire others in creating healthier versions of themselves. After undergoing a total hip replacement in the fall of 2017, Victoria persists with her own personal fitness journey and continues to show others that it is important to keep moving.
Celeste Brasile - Fitness is has been a lifestyle of mine all my life, and I became more in-tune with fitness as a swimmer in high school. This is also the time frame that I joined BBFC as a client, and couldn’t get enough of SPINNING and Cardio Kickboxing. I then decided to become an instructor and get certified to teach these classes that became such an important part of my exercise routine. I have been teaching now for the past 5 going on 6 years, and it never gets old. Fitness and health have always been a constant in my ever-evolving life. Group fitness here at BBFC is fun, effective, and easy to commit to. By being a participant in the BBFC community, I further established dedication and commitment to health and fitness. As a result, no matter how busy and stressful life got, my fitness and health were never sacrificed. In addition to teaching at BBFC, I taught at Duquesne University, from which I graduated with my MPAS degree. I also most recently just passed boards and will soon be working as a Physician Assistant in the local area. My main interest and passion is orthopedics, which goes hand-in-hand with health and fitness. I also have a passion for outdoor activities such as kayaking, rafting, hiking, and swimming.
Lori Sacco - Physical fitness has always been a priority for me. I have taken various group exercise classes for the past 15 years and always loved the group exercise experience and the motivation it provided for me. Exercising has been a personal outlet for me- a time to forget the worries of the day, clear my head, and improve the way I feel about myself. Working out makes me feel strong both inside and out and has given me more confidence.
After having two wonderful children, finding time for myself became very difficult. I was thrilled when a friend recommended that I take a Spinning class at Building Bodeez Fitness Center, just a few minutes from home. I was immediately impressed by the friendly, helpful staff and the extensive list of group exercise classes. I was very happy to find out that CHILDCARE was also provided. Since attending classes here at BBFC, I have not only worked on improving my physical fitness, but have met great people too. My kids even look forward to coming here each week!
I am a Blairsville native and moved to Derry five years ago with my husband, Craig. I am a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor degree in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences and of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master degree in Speech-Language Pathology. When I am not at the gym, I am taking care of my amazing family and working part-time as a speech-language pathologist for the Armstrong and Indiana County Intermediate Unit.
I am very excited and honored to be a member of the BBFC team of instructors. I enjoy working out with all of the terrific people at Building Bodeez!
Flo Myers -- While single raising my son and daughter, running was my out after the divorce. I could slip a run in wherever I was and needed to be for my children: after work, before pickups from practice, while at meetings, at their father's, etc. (you get the picture) Weight lifting came when I decided I needed to take control of my shape after running so much. Joining an easily accessible local gym, I started with Nautilus workouts and found I really like the old school of free weights. Watching others, picking many brains, asking questions, I learned about form and read about the affect of foods. I saw how I could take charge of the change and “ran” with it. I went on to compete in a few local natural body building competitions, placing first, and then tested the waters at OCB Nationals placing third overall in 2004.
I have completed 3 full marathons, have been a member of 2-five person relays, a member of 2 ultra marathon relays and numerous 5/10 k's in Western PA. I have also dabbled in karate, earning a brown belt. I am currently a licensed USSF referee for outdoor soccer and indoor Futsal. I am also a NFHS ref for high school soccer.
I am married living in Latrobe and still am running/lifting/working out as it is a part of my everyday living. I chose to earn my group fitness certification recently as it has brought all of my life's exercises full circle and I thank BBFC for the next adventure in life.

Kelly DeCario -- Instructs Spinning, Aerobadance, Sunrise Fitness, and Sit and Fit. About nine years ago I started taking Spinning classes for fun and fell in love with Building Bodeez and its clientele. The instructors were extremely motivating and I knew I wanted to join in the fun. After a few months I chose to obtain a Spinning Certification. I have been instructing Spinning at BBFC for the last eight years. One of my BIGGEST accomplishments while being a Spinning instructor was completing a 60 mile bike ride through Cooks Forest to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis.
Within the last four years I have begun teaching Aerobadance and Sunrise Fitness. Through teaching these classes I have become close to the clients which have turned them into not only friends but family. Recently, I began teaching a newer class called Sit and Fit. The class is enjoyable for both me and the clients. I try my best to make exercising fun and entertaining. BBFC is TRULY a place that makes you feel at home when you walk through the door.
I currently reside in New Derry with my husband and three children.

Michelle Mucci -- I became a certified SPINNING instructor in 2015. My husband, Blaise, and I built our home in Derry six years ago. We have three children who are 5, 9, and 10. I worked as a Dental Hygienist for several years until we had our second child. I then became a stay at home mom.
When I was in high school I ran track and cross country. As an adult I started to fall in love with running and it became a hobby. I started running 5ks, 10ks, and half marathons. The majority of these races were with my family.
I joined BBFC, and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. I was hooked on SPINNING the first class I took. I soon became a certified SPINNING instructor. I love creating upbeat and positive classes for all abilities. I really love how SPINNING can be geared toward each individual. You can make each class as easy or difficult as you want. It is very important to me to make each person feel welcome and encourage them to do their best.
